
Overview
The PREMIUM PULMAN WHIRLPLUL MICRONIZER is composed of multiple rotor chambers integrated with circular discs, all mounted on a rotating shaft. These chambers are housed within a casing lined with hardened steel plates. A top and bottom fan create a controlled airflow through the annular gap between the rotor and stator, regulated using air slides.
Material to be ground is introduced into the lower part of the unit, where it enters a highly turbulent upward air stream. The cyclone and dust collector capture fine particles, while coarser material is re-circulated until the desired fineness is achieved.
Working Principle
The WHIRLPLUL MICRONIZER works by introducing the raw material into an upward air stream, subjecting it to:
- Intense turbulence
- Pressure fluctuations
- Vibration
These forces break down the material internally (especially effective for cellular or delicate substances).
The grinding occurs at the periphery of the multi-chamber rotor as the material is carried through by the air stream. The device operates on a circulating air system, where micronization is achieved through blade impact, liner resistance, and attrition.

- Plastic materials and synthetic resins (e.g., vinyl)

- Non-metallic minerals (e.g., limestone, dolomite, graphite, coal, mica, etc.)
- Solid-state chemicals (e.g., metallic salts, organic compounds, catalysts)
- Pigments and dyes
- Insecticides (e.g., HCH, DDT with carriers)
- Gums
- Cereal grains and other milling products
- Animal feed supplements and vegetable-based products
