PREMIUM PULMAN MICRO PULVERIZER
The PREMIUM PULMAN Micro Pulverizer is a high-efficiency, cost-effective unit designed for both dry and wet grinding to achieve fineness levels up to 250 MIRON mesh. It is ideal for smooth blending operations and is built with a compact, close-clearance, high-speed design—suitable for processing a wide variety of abrasive, non-abrasive, and fibrous materials.

Optional Manual Feeding & Stainless Steel Models
In addition to the standard Baby Model (mild steel), we offer a Stainless Steel construction variant designed specifically for applications in the pharmaceutical and food industries. This model is also ideal for use in pilot plants due to its economical design and compact form.
All grinding components—including the chamber and contact parts—are made from stainless steel to ensure hygiene, durability, and corrosion resistance. Operating at extremely high speeds, this unit is capable of delivering extra fine mesh output.
The Baby Model can also be equipped with a Cold Water Circulation System to prevent overheating, in addition to all other special features mentioned.
PREMIUM PULMAN LARGE SIZE MICRO PULVERISER
The PREMIUM PULMAN Large Size Micro Pulveriser is engineered to meet the growing demands of industry by offering a more efficient alternative to installing multiple pulverisers in series with shared feeding and collection systems.
To reduce manpower requirements and floor space, these units are built with larger diameter rotors and wider grinding chambers. The inclusion of swing-type hammers significantly enhances grinding efficiency and delivers higher output rates.
These pulverisers are available in standard Cast Iron/Mild Steel construction, or can be custom-built with Stainless Steel options for specialized applications. To optimize costs, models with stainless steel contact parts or S.S. wear parts are also offered.
Feeding and Collection Systems
For effective feeding and collection of powders from the Micro Pulveriser:
- Mechanized feeding systems are available.
- Pneumatic collection systems can be integrated with cyclone collectors and fabric-type dust collectors.
- For processing very dusty, pungent, or high-value fine powders, an advanced Pulse Air Jet Dust Collector can be provided for clean, safe, and efficient operation.
