Impact Pulveriser is a Screenless Pulveriser. Classification Is Done In Whizer Cone By Adjusting Clearance Between Blade Tip And Inner Surface Of Cone.

- The feeding is done through the rotary feeder for uniform feeding.
- The complete body is constructed quite air tight to prevent airleak. Main shaft supported by heavy duty bearings for trouble free, balanced and cool working.
- Alloy steel or forged steel hammers are hinged with main shaft with fly back system, to prevent the breaking of hammer or damaging of liners in case if any foreign material, hard to grind comes cross it.
- The whole grinding chamber contains replaceable liners, so that the main body may not be subjected to wear & tear.
- The ground material is sieved to the size by the whizzer classifier and transferred to the cyclone collector pneumatically. The classifier may be adjusted according to the mesh size requirement of material.
- Cyclone mounted on M.S. structure separates air from the ground material and collects material into bags.
- A fabric bag-type dust collector may also be provided to separate fine particles from the air.
