Specialized Models
Custom-designed mills are also available for specialized applications involving rubber, salt, animal feed, and fibrous materials.
How the Miracle Mill Works
Material is fed into the grinding chamber, where it is rapidly pulverized by a series of high-speed mechanical hammers. These hammers break the material down in mid-air. The pulverized particles are then drawn by a suction fan toward a sieve located at the base of the chamber. From there, the ground material is pneumatically conveyed to a cyclone collector, where it is separated from the airflow and collected.
For Junior and Medium models, a dust collector is typically not necessary. However, depending on the material being processed, a dust collector may be recommended. Standard and Super models are usually paired with dust collectors to filter out fine dust particles. That said, in some applications—especially where minimal dust is produced—a dust collector may not be required.

Junior Series – Miracle Mill
The Junior Series includes three size options, each offering impressive capacity despite their compact design. These mills are ideal for lighter applications with minimal power requirements, such as pulverizing pharmaceuticals, chemicals, spices, grains, tea, sugar, and similar materials. Their efficiency and compact size make them a category standout.
Medium Series – Miracle Mill
Available in two sizes, the Medium Series is well-suited for processing a wide variety of materials, including tea dust, cattle feed, poultry feed, fish meal, spices, lentils, agricultural produce, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, chemicals, and minerals. These mills offer versatile performance across diverse applications.
Standard Series – Miracle Mill
The Standard Series is the most widely used model line in the Miracle Mill range. These mills are highly appreciated for their well-balanced power consumption, output, and space efficiency—making them ideal for industrial requirements.
This series includes three models: STD-II, STD-III, and STD-IV. Each model is equipped with a co-axial blower, cyclone collector, and fabric bag-type dust collector, as shown in the accompanying illustration. An integrated magnet at the inlet prevents iron particles from entering the grinding chamber.
The cyclone collector’s outlet can be fitted with a “Y” piece to enable dual collection points for the powdered material. For consistent, dust-free discharge, a rotary airlock valve is installed at the outlet of the cyclone collector.
These mills are mounted on a common base frame, which can be installed either on R.C.C. foundations or anti-vibration pads. They are supplied with a Bottom Open Type (B.O.T.) design, ideal for integration into larger systems. Mechanical screw conveyors at the bottom handle the discharge and transfer of material within the system.
Non Axial Blower Type Miracle Mill
Typically all hammer mills have a in built blower on the main shaft. For coarser grinding and for different purposed hammer mill speed needs to be reduced. Doing so results in lower blower speeds which in turn lifts less or no material to cyclone.
To solve this issues Premium Pulman has come up with an innovative idea. We have designed a new type of Hammer Mill which will have a separate blower hence Hammer Mill speed can be reduced as desired. These blowers can be installed before the Hammer Mill (Positive Pressure System), After Hammer Mill (Pneumatic Conveying) or After cyclone (Negative Pressure System).
Capacity and Model will change as per products, Finess and various other factors .System design is custom and will vary customer to customer.

Super Series – Miracle Mill
The Super Series, available in three sizes, features an extra-heavy shaft to handle higher loads and ensure durability under continuous operation. These mills are engineered for heavy-duty, bulk processing, providing consistent high-quality output with maximum efficiency and reduced operating costs.
Designed for intensive, long-duration use, Super Mills include a co-axial blower, cyclone collector, and fabric bag-type dust collector, making them suitable for large-scale production across a wide range of materials.
Super Max Series – Miracle Mill
The Premium Super Max Miracle Mill is engineered for high-performance production and continuous heavy-duty operation. This robust model features star-type hammers with double-ended grinding elements, designed to significantly outlast the conventional flat-type hammers used in standard mills.
Alternative grinding element designs are also available to meet specific application needs.
Built for durability, the mill boasts a heavy-duty construction using high-grade steel plates. The rotor assembly, housed within the grinding chamber, is supported by split-type bearing housings for enhanced serviceability. The hinged hood includes a lifting collar mechanism, allowing for easy access and maintenance. The design facilitates straightforward removal of the rotor assembly for the replacement of hammers, screens, and bearings.
The Super Max Series comes in four different sizes and is available in both Mild Steel (M.S.) and Stainless Steel (S.S.) constructions, depending on the application. Discharge options include bottom gravity discharge or a co-axial blower setup with cyclone collector and fabric-type open dust collector. For advanced dust control, a negative pressure system with a separate fan and rotary airlock valve can also be provided.
Feeding and material collection systems can be customized as per the application requirements.
These mills can be supplied with either a pulley arrangement for variable speed control or direct motor coupling, based on user preference.

Negative Pressure System
The Negative Pressure System offers a complete, dust-free grinding setup. Material is fed into the Miracle Mill using a screw conveyor, and the pulverized output is collected from the cyclone collector via an airlock valve. A dual-discharge “Y” piece is mounted on the valve flange, allowing the collection to alternate between two drums. Once the first drum is full, the handle of the “Y” piece is simply switched to direct the flow into the second drum, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
A blower, positioned between the cyclone and the fabric-type dust collector, generates negative pressure within the system, maintaining clean, dust-free conditions. Fine particles are captured in the fabric dust collector and can be emptied periodically into a drum placed below.
Additionally, a roller conveyor installed beneath the cyclone collector facilitates easy movement and handling of collection drums. The complete setup includes a wall-mounted control panel featuring a voltmeter and ammeter to monitor electrical load and system performance.
Hammers
Unlike conventional hammers that offer only a single cutting edge, Premium Miracle Mill hammers are uniquely designed with press-hardened steel maces that provide multiple working edges. This extends their operational lifespan significantly. For abrasive or tough materials, manganese steel hammers can be supplied.
Hammer Operation & Safety
As material enters the mill, it is instantly reduced in size by a high-speed array of hammers. The design includes four rows of hammers mounted on a shaft, with the number per row varying by model. The mill features a self-protective mechanism—the hammers are hinged and swing backward if foreign objects enter the chamber, minimizing damage and maintaining safety.

Ancillary Equipment
Dust Collector
The dust collector functions by drawing air through a fabric medium at low velocity to remove particulate matter. While the filtration may seem like a simple straining process, effective collection occurs as a filter cake builds up on the surface of the fabric bags. This setup varies depending on the specific model of the mill.
Pulse Air Jet Dust Collector
The Pulse Air Jet dust collector functions by drawing air through a fabric medium at low velocity to remove particulate matter. While the filtration may seem like a simple straining process, effective collection occurs as a filter cake builds up on the surface of the fabric bags. This setup varies depending on the specific model of the mill. Identical to normal open type dust collectors Pulse Air jet dust collector will be closed type. A blower at the end will create a negative pressure inside the bags which leads to better dust filtering. Along with that a periodic spraying of compressed air inside the bags cleans the outer surface of the bag. Such type of system requires less maintenance and cleaning. This system since enclosed will provide a dust free environment.
Rotary Air Lock Valve
The rotary airlock valve, typically installed beneath the cyclone separator, is engineered to prevent air leakage. The close clearance between the vanes and the housing ensures airtight performance. These valves also serve as rotary feeders, enabling smooth and uniform material discharge.
Cyclone
Constructed from high-grade steel sheets, the cyclone separator efficiently separates ground material from the air stream. The collected product is discharged from the bottom of the cyclone, ensuring clean and efficient operation.
