Overview
The Wizzcon Mill (Air Swept Mill) is a screenless grinding machine ideal for converting fibrous materials into fine powder. The material is fed into the grinding chamber through a wide hopper. Inside, specially designed swing hammers—either double-ended or star-type—rotate at high speeds, efficiently reducing particle size.
The grinding chamber is equipped with replaceable liners, protecting the main body from wear and extending its operational life. A built-in classifier (whizzer) ensures particles are graded to the desired mesh size. Fine powder is pneumatically conveyed to a cyclone collector. The airflow is regulated by an integrated fan, ensuring consistent performance. The classifier can be adjusted to meet specific fineness requirements. Selection of hammer type and weight is tailored to each application.
