Technical Overview
This mill is a widely used and standard solution for grinding a variety of materials. The grinding takes place in a highly turbulent air stream, beginning from the centre and moving outward due to centrifugal force. This allows the material to experience uniform grinding against classifier screens mounted peripherally.
The centrifugal action ensures constant circulation of material, keeping it in motion within the grinding zone until the desired fineness is achieved. Once the particles are fine enough, they are carried to the outer section by the air stream and discharged. Coarser particles stay in the system for further grinding. The end product is air-cooled and collected from the periphery.

Operating Mechanism

- Finer models can include dust collectors and automatic collection arrangements.
