With Pulse Air Jet Dust Collector & Electric Mimic Panel
For extremely fine, dusty, expensive, or pungent materials, it is advisable to use a Reverse Pulse Air Jet Dust Collector system. This setup features a self-cleaning mechanism, specialized fabric, solenoid valves, and a timer. An airlock valve is also fitted at the outlet of the dust collector to ensure a dust-free environment. A blower provides consistent airflow for material conveyance and cooling, while a damper regulates the airflow within the system. The electric mimic panel includes ammeters, relays, and starters for near fully automated operation.
Output capacity and product fineness vary depending on the material type, feed size, and other characteristics. The table values provided are indicative and subject to change based on material. In general, fineness ranges from 75 to 37 microns.
For applications requiring cool grinding, a chilling plant can be connected in line with the mill. Ambient air is drawn into the chilling unit, reducing the air temperature by approximately 20°C before it enters the Turbo Classifier Mill with the feed material. This cooled air absorbs the heat generated during grinding. Similarly, for materials with high moisture content or hygroscopic properties, a hot air generator can be integrated to preheat the air and facilitate efficient grinding.

Principles Of Operation
The Premium Turbo Classifier Mill is a precision fine grinding machine that combines grinding, classification, and conveying into one seamless operation. Output fineness, which depends on the characteristics of the material being processed, typically ranges between 200 to 450 mesh. This screenless pulverizer operates using the principle of spiral classification.
The rotor and blower fan are driven by the main shaft, with an adjustable gap plate controlling the airflow. The blower extracts air from the grinding chamber and sends the mixture of air and product to the cyclone for collection. Adjusting the gap plate regulates airflow, directly influencing particle fineness. Once set, the system ensures consistent output. This equipment is particularly suited for soft and brittle materials with a Mohs hardness of 3 or less, and the recommended maximum feed size is 6 mm.
Construction Details
Rotor Assembly – Multi-Edged Beaters:
The rotor assembly features dynamically balanced multi-edged beaters mounted on a rotating shaft. The entire unit is enclosed within the grinding chamber and supported by a bearing housing. Bearings are sealed to prevent ingress of dust or moisture and are fully lubricated. Power is transmitted through a V-belt pulley system.
Conical Liners:
Internally mounted serrated conical liners increase grinding efficiency compared to straight liners by expanding the effective grinding area. These are easy to replace, minimizing downtime. Fine grinding is achieved through shear, turbulence, and the impact between liners and beaters.
Classifier Plate (Gap Plate):
Different gap plates control airflow, either increasing or decreasing it, thereby adjusting fineness. In many applications, the machine can also operate without a gap plate.
Water Cooling Jacket Arrangement:
Due to intense airflow, the grinding chamber remains relatively cool. For heat-sensitive materials, an integrated water cooling jacket can be employed to maintain lower operating temperatures.
Drives:
All motors are mounted on a base frame with adjustable slide rails. Power is transferred via V-belts and pulleys. Optional accessories include an A.C. variable drive to adjust tip speed and a variable feed drive to enable precise control of the feed rate.
