Miracle Mill (Star Type Hammer Mill)
Premium Micro Hammer Mill is a fusion of a Micro Pulveriser and Miracle Mill ( Star Hammer Mill).
These mills are available in THREE Types, and models Positive Pressure System (PPS) with Blower and Negative Pressure System (NPS).

There are THREE Models (1) Minor, (2) Adult, (3) Major. These models have Rotor Diameters of 300mm, 450mm, and 600mm. Each model has a Rotor having a Grinding Element of “π” Shape. These hammers are in C.S & S.S depending upon applications. There Micro Hammer Mill have Fabricated body and can be provided in M.S, S.S Lining and complete S.S. construction.
BOT-type mills are installed on Fabricated Stands. The screen in the lower half of the body is fitted in a semi-circular shape and perforations of the screen decide the FINENESS of end product.
CAB model have Co‐axial Blower on the Main Rotor Shaft and have cyclone Collector, Fabric Type Dust Collector with Piping convey pneumatically. The Rotary Air Lock Valve is provided at the out let of Cyclone Collector to facilitate the dust-free collection.
Micro Hammer Mills are provided with a co‐axial or separate blower for materiel takeaway and a Positive or Negative Pressure system.
Non-Axial Blower type mills are provided with separate motors or separate transmissions from the main mill drive and Positive or Negative Pressure system.
The feeding arrangement is manual for small mills and mechanized arrangement is suggested for Big Mills.
M.O.C. is either C.S. or S.S. contact parts or S.S.

- Pulveriser is having separate speed with a separate shaft and driring arrangement to select the speed of Blower with Common Motor.
- Pulveriser having In-Built conveying system cyclone collector, rotary air valve and fabric type dust collector to make complete system having Grinding, Sieving and Collection in one single unit. Ideal for Medium Fineness compare to conventional hammer mills.
