PREMIUM Micro Pulverizer is a high efficiency, economical unit designed for dry or wet grinding to any specified fineness up to 250 – MIRON mesh as well as for smooth blending operations. It is a close clearance, high-speed, compact Mill ideal for grinding a wide range of abrasive, nonabrasive and fibrous materials.

Besides the Standard Construction Baby model, we have developed a Stainless Steel model for special applications in Pharmaceutical and Food industry. It is also ideal as a pilot plant and is economically priced.
In this model, all grinding parts, grinding chamber and other parts, that come in contact with the material are made of stainless steel. At extra high speed, it can give extra fine mesh. Baby model also can provided with COLD WATER CIRCULATION system in addition all special features stated.
Premium Large Size Micro Pulveriser
These PULVERISER are designed, manufactured and supplied in keeping the need of industry. Instead of installing number of pulverisers in SERIES with COMMON FEEDING and COLLECTION, industry had demand for LARGE SIZE MICRO PULVERISERS to economize on MAN POWER AND SPACE occupied for the purpose. They are made in BIGGER SIZE DIA and WIDTH of GRINDING CHAMBER. Size & the number of SWING TYPE HAMMERS are in cooperated to achieve HIGHER OUTPUTS.
These pullovers are manufactured in standard C.I/M.S construction or can be given in Stainless Steel construction. To economize on cost, we offer pulverisers in S. S contact parts and S. S WEAR parts.
For FEEDING and COLLECTION of Micro Pulverizer Machine powders, mechanized systems can be provided. Pneumatic Collection System with cyclone collector and Fabric type Dust collector can be provided. For very DUSTY, PUNGENT and EXPENSIVE FINE POWDERS, collection system can be provided with PULSE AIR JET type DUST COLLECTOR.
