Principle Of Operation
The S-type conveyor is designed for single-plane installation with drive components mounted at the top end. Twin chains travel inside a closed box along rails at the required speed. Carrier plates, welded perpendicular to the chain, move material horizontally along the conveyor. When the chain shifts vertically, the plates lift the material upward.
At bends, the carrier plates push the material to the end before carrying it vertically. With a tight gap of 2–3 mm between the carrier plate edges and body surface, the system operates in a fully enclosed manner—eliminating dust emissions and noise. Multiple inlets and outlets can also be incorporated as needed.
