After Four decades of continuous improvement, today with more than 5000 grinding installation worldwide, it has proven the “Pulman” leadership in size Reduction equipment. In “Pulman” various type of equipment are made with different materials of construction & of various capacities for many applications.
This Unit Is Led By Mr. Chairman & M.D, Mr. K.G. Narumalani. He has a Long Experience In M/s. Jayems Parkim Pvt, Ltd. Where He Developed Various Pulverising Equipment.
The Complete Product Range Is Given Separately. One Of The Speciality Application Is Grinding Heat Sensitive Plastic Granules. The System Has Been Designed, Manufactured And Commissioned With Very Exemplary Results. Food Stuff, Spices, Salt, Sugar, Minerals, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals & Dye Stuff Are Few Of Approved Applications For Which Size Reduction Equipment Are Designed And Manufactured In This Unit.

The Group Has A Well Staffed Design Office Headed Directly By Design Manager With More Than A Decade's Experience. The Drawing Office Is Staffed By Experienced Draughtsman And Detailed Manufacturing Drawings Are Made Here. The Drawing Office Also Prepares Details Of Layout Of Complete Plants With Details Of Foundation Etc. To Facilitate The Manufacture And Erection Of Complete Plants. CAD facilities includes 2D and 3D Licenced softwares.
Inspection facilities -
The Unit Has The Necessary Inspection And Testing Facility For Dimension Hardness Etc. For Checking And Inspection The Electrical Systems Equipment Are Available. In Case Chemical Or Mattalurgical Tests The Services Of Standard Test Houses Are Utilised. The Inspection Department Is Well Staffed By Dedicated Engineers And The Unit Can Proudly Claim That There Is Hardly Any Complaints Regarding Performance Of The Equipment Or Plants Supplied. Quality Assurance Department Is To Take Care Of Total Quality Related Matters At Manufacturing And Vendor's Places, Very Soon Group Is Planning To Go For Iso 9000/2 Certification.

The Room Is A Testing Room Set Up To Help The Customers In Choice Of Proper Pulverising Equipment. As All Materials Are Unique Each Materials Is Subjected To Different Impact To Get The Desired Result Depanding On Feed Size, Hardnes, Moisture Content, Output And Fineness Required.
The Customer Brings The Input Material And This Is Tried In Various Pulverisers With Different Parameters To Get The Desired Output. As Varying Types Of Pulverisers Are Available At The Same Place The Customer Can Satisfy Himself In The Choice Of Equipment. Beside Pulverisers, Other Selected Key Equipment Like Bag Weigher, Gyro Screen And Air Classifier Are Also Kept At Manufacturing Places To Conduct The Trails.
